🥄 Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, (cut into thin strips)
  • 3 medium bell peppers, (cut into strips)
  • 1 medium red onion, (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, (plus more for greasing)
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice ((about 1 lime))
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390℉. In a large bowl, add the chicken breasts, bell peppers, red onion, olive oil, white wine vinegar, chili powder, kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Toss gently to evenly coat.

  2. Place half of the chicken and fajita vegetables into the air fryer basket and air fry for 11 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Transfer the cooked fajitas into a serving platter or bowl and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.

  3. Air fry the remaining chicken fajitas and transfer to the serving platter once fully cooked.

  4. Top with lime juice and chopped cilantro. Serve with warm corn or flour tortillas and fajita toppings like guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
